I called Jay on a Saturday because I needed to change my tires urgently before a road trip this week. He helped me out straight away, even though most other places were closed. Super happy with the service — great price, excellent customer care, and real attention to detail. Very satisfied overall and definitely recommend :)

Jay is an amazing mechanic—kind, honest, and always willing to help. He checked my new brake pads and suggested I keep them for now and replace them in a few months, instead of doing unnecessary work right away. He even inspected my car for free, scanned it for any issues, and reassured me that there’s nothing to worry about for now. He also offered helpful advice on where to purchase parts. Exceptional service by Jay on Saturday night. Gave him a call and explained a situation with our hire car shaking. He found the rear tyres were out of round and not suitable by 7pm he replaced both tyres for us and put the old ones in the car so we have proof to take to the hire company to get reimbursed. Can't thank him enough for his help and quality customer service keeping us well on our way for the rest of our trip. 👍
